In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
- More than 80 days before the first day of the event: no cancellation fee / full refund.
- Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the event: 50% cancellation fee / 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 30 days before the first day of the event: 100% cancellation fee / no refund.
