Following a change in management, registrations are now handled via a new platform, myCongressOnline, where you may already have an account if you have participated in previous specialist conferences. We recommend that you begin by creating a new account: if you already have an account on our platform, you'll have warning. You can then reset your password to finalise your login.
You can use this same account to register, submit abstracts, view your programme, etc.

In order to register and make payments, you must login to your personal registration account through our "myCongressOnline" (myCO) solution.

If you do not have an account yet, you will be able to create one in a few clicks.
If you already have a myCO account, you may login to view your orders.

Please note: Once you have created an account, you will be able to register for all events and courses managed by this solution.

myCO will allow participants to:

• manage their personal details
• check and update their orders (registration, accommodation, social events...)
• check their schedule (presenters, moderators, chairmen...)
• check and update their abstract submissions
• download all PDF documents edited for the congress (confirmation, invoice, QR-Pass, attendance certificate...) but also for previous congresses managed through myCO.

Cancellation policy
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:

• • More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
  • Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
  • Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
